An ambulance was called to Jon & Kate ‘s Pennsylvania home Saturday, after Jon’s grandma took a spill , People.com is reporting. “Just to clear up any faulty reports: my grandmother did in fact fall in my driveway but she’ll [be] fine,” Jon tweeted Sunday morning. “Thank you for all of the concerned calls.” The incident put a bit of a damper on the day, as Jon had Tweeted on Saturday that it was “family day!
