ET has obtained Patrick Swayze ‘s death certificate, which lists the actor’s cause of death. The primary cause of death is listed as being Cardiorespiratory Arrest, with an underlying cause of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer. According to the certificate , Swayze passed away at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 14.
